THANK YOU FOR BEING WILLING TO HELP US LAUNCH A NEW APPROACH OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND SHARING FRIENDSHIP AROUND A CUP OF TEA.

  1. Choose a tea party from the book "SANDY"S TEA SOCIETY" or select parts of a tea party from a recipe book and add your own recipes and ideas

  2. Create an entirely different tea party using your own decorating ideas and recipes and ESPECIALLY acts or gifts of kindness for your guests.

  3. Have the tea party! Take some really good photographs. Be sure to include a good picture of your table decorations and a good picture of your whole group.

  4. Send your pictures (table and group) with the following information on disk in Microsoft Word to:

    or you may email the pictures and information to sclough@bellsouth.net. Be sure to include the following information:
  • Your name and the names of the guests in your photograph. Example: Front Row --left to right; Back Row--left to right.

  • Tell how the tea party touched your heart and what you did to make new friends or strengthen your existing friendships. Be sure to give your specific ideas for acts of kindness or special little gifts.

  • Describe your decorating ideas. If you used an idea from the book or magazine, please be sure to give credit! Try very hard to use original ideas.

  • Share your recipes. If you used a recipe from the book, please give credit.

  • We need for you and each of your guests to give us permission to use the photographs of you and your tea party in the SANDY'S TEA SOCIETY newsletter and on the SANDY'S TEA SOCIETY website. These pictures will not be shown anywhere else or used for any other purpose than encouraging other ladies who are interested in SANDY'S TEA SOCIETY.

If you are in becoming a member of SANDY'S TEA SOCIETY, all you have to do is form your own tea society with your friends and start having tea together on a regular basis. There are no costs or membership fees to join. Just give your group a name such as Sandy's Tea Society in Marietta, Georgia, and let us know you want to be a part of this movement of tea and friendship. Send the name and address of every lady who wants to join. Once again, there is no cost or obligation.
